Shipping policy

All prices listed on this site are in USD and are billed in USD at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing; international delivery times vary by destination and customs handling. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Where shipping is shown as included in a product's price, that cost is already reflected in the listed USD price. Any separately stated shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, including in cases of return or refund.

Returns & refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Unopened products in original packaging are eligible for a full refund of the product price in USD. Opened products may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even when a product is returned or a refund is issued. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost — please include a photo with your request.
