1. 10-level unilevel commissions
A commission pool of 50% of every dollar of delivered gross product sales is shared across up to 10 levels of the referring affiliate's upline. Level 1 is the affiliate credited with the sale.

If an upline has fewer than 10 affiliates, the unfilled levels are not paid. Commissions are calculated on the amount the customer actually paid for products (one-time bundles and each monthly subscription renewal). Rank does not change these percentages.
2. Order attribution
- Guest customer sales via referral links: a shopper who arrives through your referral link and buys within 30 days is credited to you as Level 1.
- Logged-in affiliate re-orders: when a signed-in affiliate buys products for themselves, the sale is credited to their sponsor as Level 1 and continues up the upline. Affiliates do not earn commission on their own purchases.
- Subscriptions: every paid monthly renewal is credited the same way as the original subscription order.
3. Payout qualification rules
- Commissions stay pending until the order is delivered.
- After delivery, commissions are held 5 days for customer returns, then become available. Commissions on orders refunded before payout are cancelled.
- Minimum payout threshold: $100.00 of available balance. Balances below the minimum roll over to the next week.
- Weekly Friday payouts: balances that become available before Friday 12:00 AM Eastern Time are paid that Friday, starting at 9:00 AM Eastern Time.
- Affiliates are paid as independent contractors and may be asked for a W-9; a 1099 is issued where required.
4. 10-rank gross revenue progression ladder
Ranks rise automatically with lifetime team volume — the gross value of delivered product sales credited to you and your 10 levels. Ranks are recognition titles and do not change commission percentages.

5. Changes
We may update this plan. Changes apply to sales made after the update date shown above; commissions already earned are paid under the plan in effect when the sale was made.
