1. Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents or franchisees of WakersHAPPYCoffee®. You are responsible for your own expenses and taxes. You may be asked for a W-9, and a 1099 is issued where required.
2. Eligibility and cost
You must be at least 18 and a resident of the United States. Joining is free. No purchase, inventory or training package is ever required to join, stay active or earn commissions.
3. Compensation
You are paid only as described in the Commission Plan Document. Commissions are earned solely on real, delivered product sales — never for recruiting. Commissions on orders refunded before payout are cancelled.
4. How you may promote
- Clearly disclose that you earn commissions whenever you share your link (for example "#ad" or "I earn from purchases").
- Do not make income claims beyond what the Income Disclosure Statement shows, and never promise earnings or ranks.
- Do not make health or medical claims. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
- No spam, fake reviews, misleading prices or pretending to be WakersHAPPYCoffee® itself.
- Do not buy products through other people's links or create extra accounts to earn on your own purchases.
5. Records of your agreement
When you join, we record the date and time you accepted the Commission Plan, the Income Disclosure Statement and these terms, along with the IP address used, as proof of your agreement. See our privacy policy for how we handle personal information.
6. Suspension and leaving
You may leave at any time. We may suspend or end an affiliate account that breaks these terms. Commissions earned on valid sales before then remain payable under the Commission Plan, except where they were obtained through fraud or a breach of these terms.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will show the new date above. Continuing to share your link after an update means you accept it. Questions: hello@wakershappycoffee.com.
